These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website. By accessing this website to make a purchase, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not use or access this website.

Your Purchase is final. Gift vouchers purchased cannot be returned or transferred to another name.

Gift vouchers purchased are valid for six months from date of purchase if they are bought at full value.

Gift vouchers which include a promotional or non promotional  package designed by Spa Amber will be valid only for 3 months from date of purchase.

Gift vouchers with treatments paid for at full price can be exchanged with any other treatment or treatments adding up to the same value. If treatments being done are of a higher value, the receiver of the voucher has to pay the difference. If however treatments done are of less value, the remaining amount will be kept in the recipient’s name until the original validity of the purchased voucher.

All packages have to be redeemed with the same selection of treatments indicated in the package. However, the indicated treatments can be done at any time within the validity of the purchased package and not necessarily at the same time.

Upon the purchase of the gift voucher, an email will be sent to the recipient of the voucher containing an electronic copy of the voucher and any message the buyer writes upon the purchase of the voucher  with a bcc sent to the buyer.

Upon the purchase of the gift voucher, an email will be sent to the buyer of the voucher containing an electronic copy of the receipt.

To redeem your voucher, appointments can be made either by phone, email or by submitting a request online. No refunds will be applicable to the packages and vouchers purchased on the site.
